Government-Funded Program for Employee Skills Development

Developed for small businesses and non-profit organizations, the B.C. government's new Workplace Training for Innovation Program (WTIP) can assist employers to increase employee efficiency, improve services and reduce costs by giving their employees new and valuable skills. Through WTIP, employers with fewer than 50 staff can access up to $5,000 for employee training to bring valuable new skills into the office or workshop and help B.C. communities to meet their current and future needs for a highly skilled workforce.
